The house has two separat floors with a capacity of accommodation for 24 people.
The first floor has a large terrace with barbecue with 12 or more seats; equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, minibar with soft drinks, wines, whiskey, brandy, nuts for 12 people; air conditioner; Bulsatcom TV. The dining room is for 12 people; sleeping area; bathroom and toilet with the necessary cosmetics. For sports lovers we offer an exercise bike.
The second floor consists of two levels. The first level is a common area that includes a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a fireplace, which is the unique ending of the incredible setting. Bathroom and toilet are equipped with the necessary cosmetic accessories.
Kitchen facilities include a coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, minibar with soft drinks, wines, whiskey, brandy, nuts. Television with Bulsatcom; air conditioner. For the lovers of sport we also offer a treadmill. On the second level are the bedrooms.

On preliminary request of the guests and additional payment we prepare some specialties - roasted beef or roasted pig. For special occasions, we complete the comfort of the villa with special decorations.
